Gravel theft and road damage

Please be aware that while gravel is readily available on Leduc County roadways, this gravel is county property. Any unauthorized movement or removal of this gravel is theft, and could be grounds for prosecution. To report gravel theft, please
contact your local RCMP.

As a reminder, anyone driving aggressively (whether on an ATV or in a motor vehicle) causing damage to road surfaces which results in maintenance could be subject to fines under the Traffic Safety Act.
