UPDATE: water restored in Falconcrest subdivision

UPDATE

Tuesday, May 30 at 4:15 p.m.

Water has been restored to the Falconcrest subdivision in New Sarepta.

Although water mains have been flushed, affected residents are asked to flush their own waterlines by opening each tap, one at a time, and flushing for approximately one minute. If the water appears cloudy or contains grit, continue to run the taps until the water runs clear. If you have an ice machine it is recommended that you run the ice through at least one cycle and if your hot water heater is set below 45 degrees C (normal setting is 60 degrees C), please drain and refill.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank all residents for their patience as the waterline was repaired.
