FCSS Advisory Committee

The Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) Advisory Committee is a standing committee of Leduc County Council whose purpose it is to:
  • Oversee the development and operation of the Leduc County FCSS program
  • Act in an advisory capacity to County Council and to the FCSS Director
  • Make recommendations to County Council regarding the direction of the program
  • Ensure FCSS Act and regulations are adhered to
Membership:

The committee consists of nine members including:
  • One representative of council from each participating municipality
  • Two Leduc County council representatives
  • Two members at large (Leduc County residents—one representing rural east and the other representing rural west)
The current FCSS Advisory Committee consists of:

  • Scotty Wiancko (Town of Calmar)
  • Joanne Osness (Village of Thorsby)
  • Ralph Van Assen (Village of Warburg)

Members at large:

  • Vivian Martinoff (Rural West)
  • Vinnie Ortleib (Rural East)
Meetings:

FCSS Advisory Committee meetings are held on a monthly basis.
