Leduc County provides an opportunity for property owners to apply for funding assistance through the Small Drainage program and the Small Acreage Drainage program on approved drainage improvement projects undertaken on their property. Any alterations to waterways or runoff courses must receive approval from Alberta Environment prior to any work being performed. It is also recommended that Fisheries and Oceans be contacted to provide recommendations on any areas that may be deemed potential fish habitat. |
