RAINBOWS
RAINBOWS is an international program for children and youth between the ages of four and 18 years of age who are grieving a loss as a result of a significant change in their lives such as divorce/separation, death of a loved one, multiple moves or even a parent working away, facing illness or being incarcerated. RAINBOWS helps young people to understand and accept the changes in their lives through fun activities, games and discussions.

  • SunBeams - for ages 4-7
  • Rainbows - for ages 6-12
  • Rainbows Youth - for ages 12-16
  • Silver Linings - k
  • Spectrum
  • Kaleidoscope - for age 18 to mature adult
  • Prism - for single parents and step-parents to work through their own grief, help their children through grief, and rebuild the family unit
  • - for ages 16 to young adult

At Leduc County FCSS, we strive to meet the needs of our community by accepting intake for all of these programs on an ongoing basis. We will advise participants when the next available group is beginning and/or refer their situations onto other programs and agencies.
