Originally from Edmonton, division 1 councillor Jocelyn Mackay is an organizational specialist by trade, with training in human resources, labour relations and education. Although this is her first term on council, she has been politically active her whole life. Representing the needs of division 1 residents is her priority.

Jocelyn is confident in moving forward with her fellow councillors to promote Leduc County as a great place to live. “There are so many good things about the County,” she says. “It has phenomenal rural beauty, while still being close to three larger municipalities. This is a place you want to ‘come home’ to.”

Jocelyn lives in the hamlet of New Sarepta..
