Public hearings are typically held in the Council Chambers at Leduc County Centre during regular council meetings, unless advertised otherwise. All public hearings are advertised in the Pipestone Flyer two weeks prior to the meeting date.

Written comments are to be forwarded to the advertised-designate at the Leduc County Centre by the time and date specified in the notice. Any written submissions that are mailed and delivered to County Centre, Suite 101, 1101-5 Street, Nisku, Alberta, T9E 2X3 or faxed to 780-955-8866 bythe advertised date and time (in the specific notice) will be included in the Council agenda. Written and oral submissions may be made at the public hearing without prior notification to Leduc County.

Those wishing to make a presentation are asked to bring 10 copies of their presentation for Council and the recording seceratary, or to forward an electronic copy of the presentation in advance. Presentation time may be limited. Individuals registered to speak at the public hearing will be heard first; all other presentations or comments may be heard afterwards.
