Outreach Home Support & Home Help
To be eligible for Outreach Home Support or Home Help, an individual must be one of the following:
- A senior who requires support to complete household tasks
- A person under 65 with a disability that interferes with their ability to carry out household tasks
- A person with an temporary physically restrictive condition
You must live in one of the following communities:
- Rural Leduc County
- Calmar
- Devon
- Thorsby
- Warburg
- The Graminia area of Parkland County
Subsidy Eligibility
Applicants to these programs will be assessed for subsidy eligibility. Three factors will be determine eligibility:
- Age
- Annual income (note that it is the client's responsibility to notify the coordinator when their annual income changes)
- Ability to complete household tasks (a doctor’s note may be required)
