Leduc County reserves

to this site to any user, including users which have access the
site in the past. Leduc County may terminate services with

and effective immediately upon termination.
9-B. TERMINATION FOR
IMPERSONATION:
Users found to be
impersonating other companies in any way may have their
accounts terminated without prior notice or warning.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This user agreement
and any disputes arising from it or the services
of Leduc county TRAVIS Web will be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta.
11. PROCESS
The user of this web
system understands that this is an Application Process, and not
authorization to complete any move. Leduc County will endeavor to
validate this application within one working day. This process may not
be used for any moves on weight restricted roads, or in any instances
where a Road Use Agreement may be required.
