Agricultural Services department
The Agricultural Services Department has six main functions:

Ambulance Services
Ambulance services are provided by Parkland Ambulance Authority, a highly skilled and dedicated ambulance service provider in our region. Leduc County has mutual aid agreements with surrounding municipalities.

Disaster Recovery Programs
Alberta Disaster recovery programs provide financial assistance for municipalities and their citizens who incur uninsurable loss and damage as a result of a disastrous event.

Emergency Preparedness
The best protection in any emergency is knowing what to do. Information has been provided to help you prepare for an emergency.

Enforcement Services

Family Community Support and Services (FCSS) department
Family and Community Support Services is a multi-municipal program serving Leduc County, Calmar, Devon, New Sarepta, Thorsby and Warburg. Click here for information on the services offered to Leduc County residents.

Finance department

Fire Services department
Leduc County Fire Services ensures fire and rescue services are available for all residents within Leduc County.

Planning & Development department
The Planning & Development department is responsible for municipal and intermunicipal planning projects, area structure plans, lake management plans, the Land Use By-Law, subdivision, development and safety codes.

Public Works & engineering department
The Public Works and Engineering Department have responsibility for management and operation of the road systems, equipment management and maintenance, water distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, and solid waste handling facilities within the County, as well as the provisions for engineering/technical services and project management.
