Join us for our Little Yogis program. Yoga is an ancient practice that supports our well being by building confidence, reducing stress and increasing strength and flexibility in both body and mind. For young children, we can lay the foundation for lifelong health by learning to celebrate our bodies and model calming skills. Recommended age is 2.5 to 5 years. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel for yourself and your child(ren). This outdoor program is weather dependent.
