Open house: New Sarepta ASP and Land Use Bylaw update

Leduc County is in the process of updating the Hamlet of New Sarepta Area Structure Plan (ASP). This plan guides the current and future growth and development in the hamlet. Updates will ensure that it reflects the vision and goals of the community and Leduc County.

In conjunction with this update, the Village of New Sarepta Land Use Bylaw No. 216 will be repealed and consolidated with the Leduc County Land Use Bylaw 07-08. This will provide a comprehensive and inclusive Land Use Bylaw consistent with the provisions of the Municipal Development Plan and the New Sarepta Area Structure Plan.

Residents and stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on the draft update of the Hamlet of New Sarepta ASP and the proposed New Sarepta districts being incorporated into Leduc County’s Land Use Bylaw at an upcoming open house.

Monday, March 4
5–8 p.m.
New Sarepta Agriplex (5088 1 Ave. S, New Sarepta)

A draft of the updated document is now available on the project page.
