As a Leduc County citizen, your priorities and feedback on the municipal services we provide are important.
We've partnered with Leger to conduct our first-ever Citizen Satisfaction Survey. This survey is an opportunity for residential citizens – including property owners and renters – to provide input on the services and programs they receive, and share what they think the county should prioritize.
The input you share helps administration and council identify areas of success and gaps with our programming and services. It also helps us deliver the services you need and want, while providing good value for your taxes.
Our Citizen Satisfaction Survey is open to residential property owners and renters in Leduc County. This anonymous online survey takes 10-to-15 minutes to complete.
The survey is open until March 31, 2021. In order to take the Citizen Satisfaction Survey, you must have your unique survey code.
By March 5, each residential property owner should receive a letter from Leduc County with a unique survey code and instructions for taking the Citizen Satisfaction Survey. If you didn't receive a survey code, misplaced your survey code or are a renter, submit a survey code request form, call 780-979-2391 or email us to request your code.
If you’d prefer to have a paper copy of the survey mailed to you, call 780-979-2391 or email us. A paper copy of the survey with a pre-paid return envelope will be mailed to you; it must be mailed back to Leduc County by March 31.

The online survey will take 10-to-15 minutes to complete. |
Are the results of the survey anonymous? |
Yes! This survey is anonymous and any personal information you choose to share while taking the survey will be removed when we share results later this spring. We will not associate your input with the survey code you were assigned. We assigned unique survey codes to each property only so we can ensure we collect data in a way that is representative of the entire Leduc County population. |

Your survey code is the eight-character code (comprised of numbers and letters) indicated in the fourth paragraph of your letter. |

No. The survey code assigned to each residential property can only be used once; please ensure only one member of your household is completing the survey on behalf of your household. |
I received multiple letters. Was that a mistake? |
We mailed a letter with a unique survey code for each residential property. If you own multiple residential properties, you may have received multiple letters with unique survey codes. You are able to take the survey once per survey code. If you received a survey code in error, please call 780-979-2391 or email us. |
