As a Leduc County citizen, your priorities and feedback on the municipal services we provide are important.
We recently conducted our first-ever citizen satisfaction survey, which was open from Feb. 26 to April 11, 2021. This survey was an opportunity for residential citizens to provide input on the services they receive, the programs we offer, and share what they think the county should prioritize.
We heard from 882 residential property owners. The input helps administration and council identify areas of success and gaps with our programming and services. It also helps us deliver the services you need and want, while providing good value for your taxes.
The survey was anonymous. While each property was assigned a unique survey codes, this was done to ensure we heard from residential citizens in Leduc County only. These survey codes were not shared with Leduc County alongside responses.
The above video highlights some of the feedback you shared with us. Our what we heard report, shown below, provides a complete overview of the feedback we received. We are committed to open, transparent communication, and have also published the full report from the consultant, Leger.
