Collection, use and disclosure of personal information
Leduc County follows the guidelines outlined in the Leduc County Information and Records Management Policy and the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
You can access many records held by Leduc County without making a formal FOIP request. Email the FOIP coordinator or call 780-770-9251 to determine if your request requires a FOIP application.
The County will not sell, exchange or otherwise disclose the personal information collected through this website for commercial or marketing purposes.
We only collect, retain and use personal information where we believe it is essential (and allowed by law) to administer our business and to provide services and other opportunities requested by you.
The only time we collect your personal information on this website is when you voluntarily provide it to us. This includes when you:
- participate in an online forum, poll or survey
- fill in a feedback or contact form
- request further information about a specific topic
- send us an email
