Township Road 510 (east of Nisku Spine Road to Range Road 243)

May 15 to July 15, 2024 (weather dependent)

Road reconstruction

The contractor for this project is Carmacks Enterprises Ltd. Construction will include:

• construction of a multi-use asphalt path
• roadside ditch and drainage
• landscaping

Township Road 510 will be open during construction.

Steinke Estates Internal Subdivision Rd - 1.52 km
June 24 to Aug. 6, 2024 (weather permitting)

The scope of this project is to convert the existing cold-mix road into an ACP surface. Construction work will include:

• Subgrade widening and cement stabilizing
• Followed by a layer of gravel base course
• Finished with new asphalt surface

8A Street Nisku from 7^th Str. to 8^th Str. (0.89 km)
Aug. 22 to Sept. 5, 2024

This project's scope involves upgrading the current asphalt surface. This includes repairing cracked and failed sections, followed by a complete overlay of the entire roadway. Construction work will include:

• Milling and perform deep repairs to cracked/failed asphalt areas
• Finish with new asphalt overlay

Range Road 223 from Hwy 21 to New Sarepta Town Boundary (1.2 km)
Aug. 12 to 28, 2024 (weather permitting)

The scope of this project is to mill the existing asphalt surface and place a fresh layer of asphalt pavement. Construction work will include:

• Milling the existing surface down by 2 inches
• Crack and spot repairs of the failed areas
• New asphalt overlay
