Waste and recycling

Leduc County provides door-to-door solid waste collection for residents in New Sarepta, Diamond Estates, Lukas Estates and the Royal Oaks subdivisions. We also provide access to eight transfer stations throughout the county for residents to drop off household waste and recyclable items.

Solid Waste Strategic Plan Survey

Leduc County is completing a solid waste strategic plan to identify service levels and waste management priorities.
From July 17 to Sept. 15, we conducted a survey to assess Leduc County residents’ opinions and perspectives about solid waste management in the county. Learn more about the project.

For more information, contact Leduc County utilities by email or call 780-770-9040.

Landfills and transfer stations

In addition to the transfer stations, Leduc County residents may access the Leduc and District Regional Waste Management Facility and the City of Leduc Eco Station.
