Notice of public hearing: Land Use Bylaw 7-08 (amendment LA22-002)

Leduc County received an application to amend Land Use Bylaw 7-08. The purpose of the proposed bylaw was to redistrict a 1.01 ha (2.5 ac) parcel of land located in Pt. NE 14-50-23-W4M from the Direct Control (DC-012) District to the Agricultural/Country Residential Transitional (AG/CR TR) District. The purpose of the proposed amendment was to allow for the reclaimed lands to be returned back to an agricultural land use.

A public hearing on the proposed amendment was held at the Leduc County regular Council meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2022.

The amendment was approved by council at the public hearing on Sept. 27.
