Leduc County is proposing to amend the Land Use Bylaw 7-08. The purpose of the proposed bylaw is to amend Section 9.1.3 of the Agricultural District and Section 9.2.3 of the Agricultural/Country Residential Transitional District to remove the Rural Wedding and Agricultural Event Facility land use from the list of Discretionary Use in these two Districts, and to identify existing and approved Rural Wedding and Agricultural Event Facilities as Discretionary Uses.

A public hearing on the proposed amendment will be held at the Leduc County regular Council meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 1:45 p.m. Written or oral submissions can be made by any person who claims to be affected, or from any other person council agrees to hear from.
