Agritourism workshop

Join us on Tuesday, March 21, to discover what others are doing that may inspire your business and participate in setting a collective vision that will guide future investment that benefits businesses, locals and travellers alike.

Who should participate? Any business looking to:

• Increase tourism to the region and grow the tourism aspect of their business through culinary, agriculture and farm experiences
• Generate new or additional revenue from foodies, culinary tourists and agri-tourists
• Create, or partner to create, fun experiences that celebrate Leduc County's agricultural uniqueness 
• Contribute to shaping the vision for Leduc County’s future agritourism development

The day's agenda will cover:

• Understanding the visitor lifecycle and thinking from the traveller's lens 
• An overview of the online assessment of the current agritourism offering in Leduc County
• Understanding the levels of business readiness to welcome visitors
• Hearing inspiring culinary and agritourism examples from other businesses and destinations
