Getting into Horticulture: Perspectives on Planting

Join Leduc County in partnership with Lac Ste. Anne County, and Sturgeon County for an online conversation to hear how two of Alberta's commercial vegetable producers have arrived at their strategies for planting a range of crops. During their 30-minute presentations, Blaine Staples (The Jungle Farm) and Brian Brenneis (2BK Vegetable Farm) will outline their production methods, key equipment, and how they market their produce. Following Blaine and Brian’s presentations there will be time for questions.

This session is relevant for new producers and for farmers interested in horticulture crops as a new venture.
