Large farming equipment on roadways

Leduc County is an agricultural community and during this time of year, farmers are cultivating, seeding and spraying their cropland. As a commuter on the roads within Leduc County, please understand that farmers are working quickly to get from field-to-field to complete their spring work.

Producers, if you will need road signs, please contact Leduc County Road Operations during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) 780-979-6185.

Please be patient and cautious as this large equipment is slow to move and difficult to maneuver. Be aware that large equipment must swing wide to make turns and has large blindspot areas; give it ample space. Please drive with attention and awareness to keep yourself and our farmers safe on the road.
