Nisku bulk water station now open

Both bays at the Nisku bulk water station, located at 1402 7 St., are now operational.

The east bay has a two-inch and three-inch side connection.

The west bay has a two-inch and four-inch side connection. The four-inch connection will be transitioned to an overhead connection later on this year.

Throughout the next month, there may be times that a single bay may be closed for testing and optimization of the system.

Closure of alternative bulk water station

With the reopening of the Nisku bulk water station, the alternative bulk water station located on the east end of 9 Ave. in Nisku is now permanently closed.

Locations of Leduc County bulk water stations:

• 1402 7 St., Nisku: two-inch and three-inch cam lock connections; pin account and credit card terminal available.
• East end of 37 Avenue east of Spine Road, Nisku: two-inch and three-inch cam lock connections; no overhead.
• 4991 Centre Avenue, New Sarepta: two-inch cam lock connection; lower flow rate than the Nisku stations; credit card terminal.
