Notice of public hearing: Removal of Municipal Reserve designation

PURSUANT to the authority of County Council as provided in Section 674 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the intention of Council to remove the Municipal Reserve designation from the property legally described as: Plan 0124826, Block 2, Lot 6MR. The property is located at the corner of 12 Street and 15 Avenue, Nisku and is zoned Industrial. Council’s intention is to publicly advertise and sell the described property of ±4.13 acres at market value and retain the balance of 3.25 acres as indicated on the map.

A public hearing on the proposed amendment was held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 1:45 p.m.
