Notice of public hearing: rescind the North Major Area Structure Plan

Leduc County is proposing to rescind the North Major Area Structure Plan.

A public hearing on the proposed bylaw was be held on Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021 at 2 p.m.

OUTCOME OF PUBLIC HEARING

Due to an administrative error, an incorrect version of the North Major Area Structure Plan was distributed with the bylaw for public review prior to the public hearing. Council chose not to move forward with second reading of the proposed bylaw. Repealing the North Major Area Structure Plan will be revisited at a later date.
