Open house: Twp Rd 510 Local Area Structure Plan

Leduc County is hosting an open house to present a draft concept plan for the Township Road 510 Local Area Structure Plan (LASP):

TIME: 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
LOCATION: Business and Entrepreneur Centre (BEC), 606 18 Ave., Nisku

The 510 LASP addresses the unplanned lands remaining in north Nisku (4-51-24-W4M and S ½ - 5-51-24-W4M). The purpose of this plan is to ensure an orderly progression and staging of development, including coordinated installation of services, transportation routes and utilities. This project also demonstrates, to the development industry, the County’s commitment to supporting private investment and development.
