Pursuant to the authority of Leduc County Council as provided with Section 22 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, notice is hereby given to the intention of Council to pass a bylaw to close and sell a portion of undeveloped road allowance.
All that portion of highway in Leduc County, in the Province of Alberta, of record in the Land Titles Office for the North Alberta Land Registration District described as follows:
A portion of the government road allowance adjacent to the south of the southwest (S.W.) quarter (1/4) of section six (6), township forty eight (48), range twenty six (26), west of the fourth (4th) meridian; containing a total of ±0.24 ha.
EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MINES AND MINERALS.

A public hearing on the proposed road allowance closure was held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 1:30 p.m.
Council gave first reading to the proposed road allowance closure. The bylaw will be referred to Alberta Transportation for approval prior to second and third reading.
