Report a Concern: convenient, easy to use online reporting tool

Designed for reporting non-emergency, non-urgent concerns within Leduc County boundaries

Having extra eyes and ears throughout Leduc County can be very helpful when addressing various issues, especially as the landmass spans more than 100 km east/west and 32 km north/south.

Report a Concern is an online reporting option for all citizens, businesses and visitors to utilize should they see or experience non-emergency problems.

Accessible 24-7, the online form can be submitted from a desktop computer or handheld device, such as a smartphone or tablet. Online users can choose from more than a dozen themes pertaining to the issue at hand. Some of these themes include:

• Animal control and wildlife
• Bylaw concerns
• Campgrounds and parks
• Property complaints
• Road obstructions
• Road works and maintenance, i.e. bridges, potholes, culverts
• Waste and recycling
• Water and sewer

Using the Report a Concern online form ensures each submission is directed to the appropriate county department for follow-up and investigation.
