We want to hear from our producers about the 2019 growing season

The 2019 growing season has been extremely difficult and stressful for Leduc County agricultural producers. The amount of precipitation that we've had this summer has caused difficulties, especially for those who are haying.

At the Agricultural Service Board meeting this morning, administration was directed to bring a report to council for discussion on Sept. 24 to consider declaring a State of Agricultural Disaster.
