County Manager, Duane Coleman

County Manager Duane Coleman

Duane Coleman joined Leduc County on July 4, 2016. Coleman has more than 25 years of municipal experience, including 11 years as the chief administrative officer (CAO) with Lac La Biche County.

He has an in-depth understanding of urban and rural needs, municipal collaboration and regional partnerships.

“My blend of municipal and private-sector experience will continue to lend itself well to leading Leduc County alongside council and our strong senior leadership team,” said Coleman. “Much of my experience aligns with Leduc County's challenges and regional opportunities and I am confident that we will be successful in serving the best interests of Leduc County residents.”

Coleman is married with four children. He and his family live in the City of Fort Saskatchewan.
