Producers are resilient. They work long hours, often alone, under significant financial pressure, and can face adverse conditions that directly impact their livelihoods. If you notice any of the following signs in your neighbours in the agricultural community, it may be time to reach out and offer to help.

  • Feeling sad or hopeless
  • Finding it hard to concentrate or focus
  • Being constantly exhausted
  • Increasing irritability

There are a number of online resources available related to mental health and agriculture.
