Report a Concern is an online reporting option for all citizens, businesses and visitors to utilize should they see or experience non-emergency problems.
Accessible 24-7, the online form can be submitted from a desktop computer or handheld device, such as a smartphone or tablet. Online users can choose from more than a dozen themes pertaining to the issue at hand. Some of these themes include:
- Animal control and wildlife
- Bylaw concerns
- Campgrounds and parks
- Property complaints
- Road obstructions
- Road works and maintenance, i.e. bridges, potholes, culverts
- Waste and recycling
- Water and sewer
