Road closure: 8 Street, Nisku

A one-lane road closure is in effect until Aug. 14 on 8 Street, Nisku, between 36 and 37 Avenues. 

The closure is in effect to complete powerline insulator washing to help prevent flashover and reduce fire risks. There is potential to close one lane of traffic while washing (15 minutes per pole). Traffic will be flagged and held for a maximum of five minutes at a time.
