Construction notice: Township Road 510 east of Nisku Spine Road to Range Road 243
NOVEMBER 1 UPDATE: The construction date has been extended until Tuesday, Nov. 7, on Township Road 510 east of Nisku Spine Road to Range Road 243 north. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. From May 1 to Oct. 15, Township Road 510 east of Nisku Spine Road to Range Road 243 will be under construction.
The contractor for this project is Carmacks Enterprises Ltd. Construction will include:
- road widening
- construction of a multi-use asphalt path
- new culverts
Township Road 510 will be temporarily closed during construction based on the construction phase. Detours will be in place.
Estimated timeline
- Phase one: May 1 to June 5 (Range Road 243 north - half Royal Oaks entrance east)
- Phase two: June 6 to Oct. 15 (half royal oaks entrance west - west construction limit)
Construction open house
An open house is taking place on Monday, May 1 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the East Vistas Wifi Park. Leduc County representatives will be at the event to answer questions about the project.
