Tax Instalment Payment Plan (TIPP) change of banking information pre-authorized debit form

Please allow two weeks for change of your banking information to be processed. 

Completed applications must be submitted with a void cheque or pre-authorized debit (PAD) form. 

Your personal information is collected by Leduc County under the authority of section 33(c) of the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It will be used for the purposes for which it is collected. Questions concerning the collection and use of this information can be directed to Leduc County’s FOIP coordinator at FOIP@leduc-county.com.

The maximum total size of all files in a single form submission is 1 GB.

 I/we authorize Leduc County and its financial institution to debit my account listed above. 

  1. For the first five months of the year, your monthly instalment is based on 1/12 of the previous year’s tax amount. The instalment amount is adjusted for the last seven months of the year based on the new annual tax amount.
  2. Completed applications must be submitted with a void cheque or pre-authorized debit (PAD) form.
  3. This authorization may be cancelled at any time upon two weeks written notice by me/us, and all outstanding taxes become due and payable and subject to penalties.
  4. Any payment returned N.S.F. may result in termination of the plan, and all outstanding taxes become due and payable and subject to penalties.
  5. In the event of a sale of the above noted property or a change in bank accounts, I/we will notify Leduc County using the Change of banking information or Discontinued debit forms at least two weeks prior to the next due date.
  6. Any delivery of this authorization to you constitutes a delivery by me/us.
  7. All persons whose signatures are required to sign on this bank account have signed their agreement below.

Please note: the current taxes, local improvement levies plus any tax arrears must be brought to current status for eligibility in the plan.
